Ashok is the founder and the senior most partner of the firm who is considered as a stalwart by many professional colleagues and corporate clients in the field of Audit and Direct taxation. Has been a meritorious student throughout his life and achieved 35th rank in CA in 1975. He regularly contests large taxation cases before various benches of ITAT across India. His 43 years of vast experience in various fields have led his clients to achieve great financial success and bestow unlimited faith on him.

Ajai has been with the firm for more than 30 years now. His area of expertise is Infrastructure space. He has worked on power projects, water projects, road and transport projects, oil and gas, mining, privatization, EPC contracts, engineering contracts, and other infrastructure-related work. His strength both in the legal and tax areas offers a unique combination of expertise required from the stage of structuring the project, including setting up of special purpose vehicles for the project, drafting, vetting and negotiation of contracts as well as assisting the clients in dispute resolution on various issues including non-delayed payments and tax reimbursements under the ‘net of tax’’ provisions.
Ajai has assisted a number of large manufacturing companies in setting up their operations in India. He has also assisted the retail companies in setting up operations in India. He has been providing day to day corporate, commercial, real estate related advice to these companies. He has also been handling Civil and Corporate litigation for these companies.

As a part of his work, he conducts Survey & loss assessment of subsidiaries of G.I.C. & Private Insurance companies Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, and also Preparation of project profile, Feasibility Study report. He has immense exposure to the field of Insurance and risk advisory and has been serving many large corporates with regular updates on insuring their assets.
He also actively practices in the field of direct taxes and statutory audits.
Ravi is an experienced auditor with a wide range of skills and nearly 19 years of experience in working with Nationalised and Co-op Banks, Public/Private Companies/PSUs. He brings with him the strengths of strong analytical acumen, identifying areas for cost control through business process reviews and due diligence. His expertise includes internal/statutory audit, process audit, business process review, and restructuring, data analysis and he has developed various equations automated scripts/routines to achieve audit objectives, technology-enabled assurance programs to test and monitor controls, etc. He caters to clients in industries like Banking, Pharma, R&D, Geo-Survey, Paper, Oil & Lubricants, Computers, etc.

Dhruv has been in practice as a chartered accountant for the last 16 years with distinguished credentials. He has also qualified DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit) from ICAI and has also successfully completed the Forensic and Fraud detection course conducted by ICAI. He also has vast exposure to various taxation laws (both direct as well as indirect) and best audit practices. He also expertise’s in forensic accounting and fraud detection and has undertaken various assignments in the same. Over the year's his forte has developed into IT systems development and data analytics which has resulted in substantial value creation for our clients. He is also a regular faculty at the Direct Tax Training Institute and undertakes various classes for students at ICAI. As a startup expert, he has also been associated with numerous early-stage and growth-stage startups in various capacities as Mentor, Advisor, Board Member, and CFO.
